What a lesson looks like
Lessons run for 30 or 45 minutes on a video call using Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp video, with the Quran text shared on screen. The teacher listens to your recitation, corrects pronunciation letter by letter, sets a small portion to practise, and notes what to revise next time. Beginners start with Noorani Qaida; confident readers move to Nazra, Tajweed rules or a memorisation plan.

- Can I request a female Quran teacher?
- Yes. Tell us when you book your free trial, or message us on WhatsApp, and we will confirm the female teacher slots available for your preferred timing.
- Are the classes one-on-one?
- Yes. Every lesson is private between the student and the teacher, over a video call. A parent or guardian is welcome to sit in at any time.
- Which courses can a female teacher cover?
- Noorani Qaida, Quran reading (Nazra), Tajweed, Hifz and Islamic Studies — the same courses offered across the academy.
- Can lessons be scheduled in my US time zone?
- Yes. Lessons are booked in your local time, including Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, Alaska and Hawaii time, with after-school and weekend slots available.
- Can a female teacher teach my daughter while I sit in?
- Yes. A parent or guardian is welcome to observe any lesson, and many parents of young girls prefer to stay in the room for the first few classes.
- How much do the classes cost?
- Plans start at $40 per month for two 30-minute one-on-one classes per week. Requesting a female teacher does not change the price.
- What if no female teacher is free at my preferred time?
- We will tell you honestly and offer the nearest available slots rather than booking you with a teacher you did not ask for.
