Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the The Quran Learners website and your enrollment in our online Quran classes. By booking a trial class, enrolling in lessons, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Trial lessons
The free trial lesson is offered at no cost and carries no obligation to continue. Trial timings are subject to teacher availability. The trial is provided to help you evaluate our teaching method and decide whether to enroll. If you choose not to continue, no payment is due.
2. Enrollment and scheduling
After the trial, if you choose to enroll, we will confirm your schedule, teacher and plan. Class times are agreed between you and the assigned teacher. We make every effort to accommodate your preferred days and times, subject to availability in your time zone.
Please give reasonable notice (at least 4 hours, where possible) if you need to reschedule a class, so the slot can be offered to another student. Repeated missed classes without notice may affect your ongoing schedule.
3. Fees and payment
Monthly fees shown on the pricing page are indicative and are confirmed before enrollment. Fees are payable in advance for each billing cycle unless otherwise agreed. Sibling and family discounts may be available on request.
Accepted payment methods and billing cycles will be communicated at enrollment. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the student or guardian.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Because lessons are scheduled and a teacher is assigned specifically for each student, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once classes have begun. If you wish to discontinue lessons, please notify us in writing before the start of the next billing cycle so that future charges are stopped and your slot can be released.
Requests for refunds due to exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Classes missed without notice are not eligible for a refund or credit, but classes cancelled by us or rescheduled with adequate notice will be made up or credited.
5. Classes and conduct
Classes are conducted one-on-one over a video-call platform such as Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp video. Students are expected to attend on time, be prepared, and treat teachers and staff with respect. Disruptive or abusive behaviour may result in termination of lessons without refund.
A stable internet connection and a quiet, suitable environment are required for each class. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising younger students during lessons as appropriate.
6. Course content and progress
Lesson plans and progress are tailored to each student's level and goals. While we commit to providing qualified, structured teaching, results depend on regular attendance, practice and the student's own effort. We do not guarantee specific outcomes within a fixed timeframe.
7. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems. Content on the site, including text, images and materials, is provided for information and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
