Free Trial Quran Class for Kids in Auckland
Free 30-minute one-to-one trial lesson — no card, no obligation.
Your free trial includes a full 30-minute one-to-one lesson with a qualified teacher, a level assessment, and a suggested plan. No card details, no obligation to continue.
Why Auckland families start with a free lesson
Auckland stretches a long way along a narrow isthmus, and families in Mount Roskill, Avondale and Manukau know what that does to a 5pm class: the journey outlasts the lesson. The free trial is a no-cost way to see whether a private lesson at home holds together better across a school term.
One teacher, one child, thirty minutes. Your child reads and is corrected as each mistake happens, and afterwards you are told plainly where they are — often a different answer from the one a busy weekend class implied.
Explanation is in clear English, which suits Auckland children from Fijian-Indian, Somali, Arab and South Asian families who speak another language at home but school entirely in English. Arabic sound is taught letter by letter.
There is no Auckland premises. All teaching is private and online, so a family in Papatoetoe and a family on the North Shore get the same teachers and the same availability.
What makes the class different
- Paced to your child, not a class averageOne teacher, one child, 30 focused minutes. Letters, sounds and harakat are corrected in the moment instead of being marked at the end of a group session.
- Male or female teachersSay which you would prefer when booking. Both are available at the same rates and the same times.
- Truly one-to-oneOne teacher, one student, the whole lesson. Mistakes are corrected as they happen instead of going unnoticed in a group of twenty.
- No payment details for the trialThe trial class is free and requires no card, no deposit and no subscription. If you do not continue, nothing happens.
Class times in NZST/NZDT
Slots are booked in New Zealand time and shift automatically with NZDT. After-school 4pm to 8pm NZT is the busiest children's window, and before-school morning slots are genuinely available because they fall in comfortable teaching hours on the teacher's side. See monthly plans for what happens after the trial.

What Auckland Families Say
Feedback from students and parents about one-to-one lessons with our teachers.
“We started with the Arabic letters and sounds, and my daughter was reading short words confidently within a few months of one-to-one classes.”
Salman I.Auckland · Noorani Qaida “My teacher corrects me while I recite, rule by rule, so pronunciation habits get fixed straight away instead of sticking around for years.”
Zainab I.Auckland · Tajweed “Keeping the same weekly slot and the same teacher has made memorisation manageable, and revision in every lesson means earlier surahs stay strong.”

Questions before you book
- Are teachers actually available in New Zealand hours?
- Yes. Both the before-school morning and the after-school evening windows sit within our teachers' working hours, so NZ scheduling is more flexible than families usually expect.
- Can lessons continue over the long summer holidays?
- Yes, and daytime slots are easiest to get then. If you are away, we pause or move lessons rather than charging through them.
- Is the trial genuinely free?
- Yes — no card details, no deposit, and no automatic enrolment afterwards.
- How do I book?
- Send us your details through the form on this page or message us on WhatsApp. We reply with two or three available slots and confirm one with you.
- What time zone are Auckland lessons scheduled in?
- NZST/NZDT. You give us the times that work on your own clock and we match a teacher to them, including any daylight-saving changes.
- What do we need for the class?
- A phone, tablet or laptop, a reasonable internet connection and a copy of the Quran or Qaida. Nothing else needs to be bought or installed beyond a video app.
