Free Trial Quran Class for Adults in Vancouver
Free 30-minute one-to-one trial lesson — no card, no obligation.
Your free trial includes a full 30-minute one-to-one lesson with a qualified teacher, a level assessment, and a suggested plan. No card details, no obligation to continue.
Why Vancouver families start with a free lesson
Every family in Vancouver starts the same way: one free lesson, no payment details taken, and no obligation to continue if it is not the right fit.
Vancouver has its own version of the scheduling problem — a dispersed community from Surrey to Richmond and long, wet winter evenings — and a one-to-one online slot is the simplest way around it.
Plenty of adults can pray and recite from memory but were never taught to read the script properly. That is a normal starting point, not an embarrassing one, and a private lesson means nobody else hears the first attempts.
Our teachers are formally trained in Tajweed and recitation and teach entirely in English. Both male and female teachers are available, and you choose when you book.
All teaching is online. That means no Vancouver commute, no drop-off, and no lesson lost to weather or traffic.
What makes the class different
- Adult-appropriate, judgement-free teachingNo children's workbooks and no group recitation. Your teacher starts from an honest assessment of your reading and builds from there at an adult pace.
- Male or female teachersSay which you would prefer when booking. Both are available at the same rates and the same times.
- Truly one-to-oneOne teacher, one student, the whole lesson. Mistakes are corrected as they happen instead of going unnoticed in a group of twenty.
- No payment details for the trialThe trial class is free and requires no card, no deposit and no subscription. If you do not continue, nothing happens.
Class times in Pacific Time (PT)
We schedule in Pacific Time (PT). Weekday evenings and weekend mornings, with slots held through the winter timetable. If a school week, exam or work trip clashes, message us and we move the lesson rather than losing it. See monthly plans for what happens after the trial.

What Vancouver Families Say
Feedback from students and parents about one-to-one lessons with our teachers.
“We started with the Arabic letters and sounds, and my daughter was reading short words confidently within a few months of one-to-one classes.”
Yusuf S.Vancouver · Noorani Qaida “My teacher corrects me while I recite, rule by rule, so pronunciation habits get fixed straight away instead of sticking around for years.”
Layla S.Vancouver · Tajweed “Keeping the same weekly slot and the same teacher has made memorisation manageable, and revision in every lesson means earlier surahs stay strong.”
Salman S.Vancouver · Hifz Program

Questions before you book
- I am an adult who can barely read Arabic. Is that a problem?
- Not at all — a large share of our adult students begin at the letters. The lesson is private, so there is no group to keep up with and no audience for the early mistakes.
- Is the trial class in Vancouver really free?
- Yes. The first lesson is free, no card details are taken, and there is no automatic enrolment afterwards. You decide once you have seen the class.
- How do I book?
- Send us your details through the form on this page or message us on WhatsApp. We reply with two or three available slots and confirm one with you.
- What time zone are Vancouver lessons scheduled in?
- Pacific Time (PT). You give us the times that work on your own clock and we match a teacher to them, including any daylight-saving changes.
- What do we need for the class?
- A phone, tablet or laptop, a reasonable internet connection and a copy of the Quran or Qaida. Nothing else needs to be bought or installed beyond a video app.
- What does it cost after the free trial in Canada?
- Plans start at CAD $55/month with sibling discounts. There is no contract and you can stop at the end of any month.
