Free Trial Quran Class for Kids in Vancouver
Free 30-minute one-to-one trial lesson — no card, no obligation.
Your free trial includes a full 30-minute one-to-one lesson with a qualified teacher, a level assessment, and a suggested plan. No card details, no obligation to continue.
Why Vancouver families start with a free lesson
Vancouver's Muslim families are spread from Surrey and Richmond out to Burnaby and the North Shore, and a weekday class often means a bridge crossing at exactly the wrong hour. Through a wet winter, that is what ends a child's Quran routine — not the child. A free trial is a no-cost way to see whether learning from home holds together better.
The trial is 30 minutes, one teacher and one child. Your child reads; every mistake is corrected the moment it happens rather than at the end. You sit in and leave with an honest answer about their level and what to work on.
Vancouver sits far from most teachers' local time, so Pacific slots are planned rather than improvised — the after-school hours here fall in a normal working evening for our teachers, so the good times genuinely exist.
There is no Vancouver location. Every lesson is a private video class, which is why Surrey, Coquitlam and downtown families all get the same teachers and the same choice of times.
What makes the class different
- Paced to your child, not a class averageOne teacher, one child, 30 focused minutes. Letters, sounds and harakat are corrected in the moment instead of being marked at the end of a group session.
- Male or female teachersSay which you would prefer when booking. Both are available at the same rates and the same times.
- Truly one-to-oneOne teacher, one student, the whole lesson. Mistakes are corrected as they happen instead of going unnoticed in a group of twenty.
- No payment details for the trialThe trial class is free and requires no card, no deposit and no subscription. If you do not continue, nothing happens.
Class times in Pacific Time (PT)
Lessons are booked in Pacific Time. Most children take 3:30pm to 7:30pm PT on weekdays, with weekend mornings available; rain, ferries and traffic stop being factors because nobody travels. See monthly plans for what happens after the trial.

What Vancouver Families Say
Feedback from students and parents about one-to-one lessons with our teachers.
“We started with the Arabic letters and sounds, and my daughter was reading short words confidently within a few months of one-to-one classes.”
Yusuf S.Vancouver · Noorani Qaida “My teacher corrects me while I recite, rule by rule, so pronunciation habits get fixed straight away instead of sticking around for years.”
Layla S.Vancouver · Tajweed “Keeping the same weekly slot and the same teacher has made memorisation manageable, and revision in every lesson means earlier surahs stay strong.”

Questions before you book
- Our nearest masjid programme is 40 minutes away. Does that matter?
- Not for these lessons. The class happens wherever your child has a device, so distance from a masjid has no effect on the teacher or the timetable.
- Can we try before committing to a monthly plan?
- That is what the trial is for. It is free, no card details are taken, and plans are only discussed if you want to continue.
- What if my child is at a very early stage?
- Then they start on letters and sounds. The teacher establishes the true starting point in the trial instead of assuming a level.
- How do I book?
- Send us your details through the form on this page or message us on WhatsApp. We reply with two or three available slots and confirm one with you.
- What time zone are Vancouver lessons scheduled in?
- Pacific Time (PT). You give us the times that work on your own clock and we match a teacher to them, including any daylight-saving changes.
- What do we need for the class?
- A phone, tablet or laptop, a reasonable internet connection and a copy of the Quran or Qaida. Nothing else needs to be bought or installed beyond a video app.
