Why Glasgow families start with a free lesson

The trial is one teacher, one child, thirty minutes. Your child reads and is corrected in the moment — letters first if they are early, harakat and stopping rules if they read fluently but carelessly. You are told at the end exactly what they can do.
Glasgow children mostly speak English at home with Urdu, Punjabi or Arabic around them, so the lesson is taught in clear English while Arabic sound is built deliberately. A child never stalls here because the explanation was in a language they only partly follow.

- We are the only Muslim family in our child's school. Does that matter here?
- Not to the lesson. Your child works one to one with their own teacher, so there is no group dynamic to manage and no comparison being made.
- What equipment do we need?
- A tablet, laptop or phone and a reasonable internet connection. Headphones help, and the teacher can share the page on screen if you do not have a Qaida yet.
- Can we change the time later in the year?
- Yes. School terms and clubs shift, and slots can be moved as long as there is availability at the new time.
- How do I book?
- Send us your details through the form on this page or message us on WhatsApp. We reply with two or three available slots and confirm one with you.
- What time zone are Glasgow lessons scheduled in?
